    Scope Of Work:Location: The Existing 7 No. Cottages Are Constructed Around Guest House At Seethagiri Hills On The Right Bank Of Almatti Dam.Nature Of Work: The Approach Pathways To The Cottages Needs To Be Provided On A Steep Ground. The Level Varies From El 605.46 M To El 590.595 M From 1St Cottage To Last Cottage. The Work Consists Of Following Operations;1.Formation Of Ground 2.Providing And Laying Pcc 1:4:8 For Bed And For Leveling Course 3.Providing And Laying Pcc 1:3:6 For Bed And Steps4.Providing And Constructing Solid Concrete Block Masonry5.Providing Plastering To Concrete Surface And Brick Masonry6.Providing Painting To Concrete Surface And Masonry7.Stainless Steel Hand Railing To The Ramp In Front Of CottagesNote: The Approach Pathways Are To Be Constructed On The Steep Ground. Hence Suitable Arrangements Shall Be Made For Shifting Of Construction Materials.
