Providing and fixing 220mm wide UPVC rain water gutter including fittings of UPVC runner nano, runner drop, stop end filling the joints with silicon sealant etc, and connecting to existing take down pipe (rate inclusive of the cost of scafolding, transportation, labour etc.) complete all as specifid and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of square, circular, rectangular on plan or polygonal pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.
