FLOORING WORKS :-Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer,in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg). including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

ALUMINIUM WORKS :-Providing and fixing aluminium powder coated partitions partially glazed with 6mm thick glass (saint gobain) and partially paneled ( 10mm thick Multiwood panel)with aluminium powder coated architectural sections of size 63.5X38.1X1.5mmthick as per architectural drawings and material specifications.

Providing and fixing panelled side hung doors made of powder coated aluminium extruded architectural sections of 45mm wide frames for shutter having wall thickness of 1.8 ± 0.1 mm and appropriate outer frames with 8mm thick Thomoson multiwood panel at bottom and 6mm thick approved glass at top including handle, EPDM gasket, screws, fastners, pivots, hinges, lock & key, door stopper etc. as per the drawing and specifications.

Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar 32 mm outer dia, 3.0mm thick & 2100 mm long with S.S. screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium tubular handle bar

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. FINISHING WORKS :-Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm
