Tender For Tin Shed Construction Work In Sundariyawas Crematorium; 2 Excavation of soil upto 1.5 m depth in foundation, trench, drain, tamping the bottom, pouring water, dressing the sides, taking out the excavated soil, filling the empty spaces with soil again after filling the foundation and disposal of the remaining soil upto a distance of 50 meters in normal/soft soil3 In cement concrete foundation or floor, put 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken)/brick soil in cement-sand mixture in the ratio of 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 aggregate and tamping, including tamping.4 Laying of stone in foundation and plinth in cement-gravel mixture, including closing the side gap and tamping etc. (1:6)5 JCB Excavation work of soil by machine/tractor with scraper, breaking of clods of excavated soil, sorting of grass & pebbles, stones and maintaining section (in cut area)/profile of bund including lifting and lowering of initial lead 250 m and lift upto 3 m. Draft based on chapter 5th of irrigation page number 32 to 34 (Valid from 01/02/2017) Unit 1 cubic metre6 Supply of 15 cm high stones for dry trench under the floor and complete work of laying trench.7 Cement concrete 1:2:4 mixture of 50 mm thickness consisting of 1 cement 2 gravel 4 stone or brick 12 m Including mixing and pouring with nominal aggregate, tamping, compacting and tamping etc.8 Cement plaster on wall with cement-gravel mixture in 1:6 ratio including scraping joints and regular tamping for 14 days. 20 mm9 Cement concrete 1 cement : 2 gravel : 4 stone aggregate ratio including pouring and tamping with 12 mm nominal aggregate.10 Iron work in grills/gates etc. including cutting, mounting and fixing of flat cones, T and corrugated (channel) etc.11 Supply and fixing of iron corrugated sheets of 0.80 mm thickness (22 gauge) with steel J or L hooks and 8 mm diameter bolts and nuts, bitumen washers (complete work). Cost of scissors and purlins is not included in this. Analysis For shed size 18.3m.x9.1m. = 184 sq.m., 54 nos. of sheet size 2.5 X 0.9m. (121.5 sq.m.) and 54 nos. of sheet size 2.8X0.9m. (136.08 sq.m.) = 257.58 sq.m.12 Whitewashing work in 3 layers to give even shade on new work/old work.13 Applying enamel paint in 3 layers to give even shade to make even surface on new work/old work.14 Laying cement concrete for road foundation and running needle and surface compactor machine and mixing broken ballast from 40 mm crusher and preparing it in desired grade, camber and super elevation. In case of using hand broken road instead of 40 mm crusher broken stone ballast in 1:4:8, the same amount will be payable but the rate will be reduced by 30%.15 Construction of floor/road with interlocking cement concrete blocks (Grade M-30, Manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationary hydraulic vibropressed machine and batching plant of class A as per BS 6717:2001) including supply and installation of edge block. In case edge block is not installed, 0.08 cubic meter/running meter of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 rate should be reduced. Under edge block of 60 mm thickness, block made of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 or stone block whose thickness will be 20 cm, height 40 cm and the top edge of the block will be rounded. In place of block, block made on the spot of same size will also be acceptable. In case edge block is not used on the spot, deduction should be made at the rate of 0.08 cubic meter of cement concrete per running meter.16 For Contigency 2%
