Sh_ Urgent Premonsoon Works Fda Buildings At Bambolim.(Year 2024)-Cutting of bushes, grass, jungle etc.by engaging bush cutting/ grass trimmer machine using necessary blades equipped with minimum 50cc petrol engine and deployment of garderner/labour etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 3 Hard soil 4 Cleaning ofstorm water Gutterincluding removal ofdebris and disposal of the same from the pemises complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Cleaning the night soil waste chamber, sludge and other waste by removing the cover slabs and relaying including disposal of sludge by excavating pits and coveringthe same with mud as per directions of Engineer in charge 6 size upto 90x80 cm and 60 cm deep. 7 Removing and refixing of door/ window shutters paneled or paneled and glazedincludingreplacing of existing hionges chiseling etc complete as directed by Engineer- in –charge 8 Above 1 Sq.m area 9 Removing old loose bottom or side cover of RCC slab, beam, columns etc. rubbing surface of concrete steel using wire brush and applying 2 coats of Alkaline rust converting primer (Feovert) after a waiting time of 6 hrs between coats and then applying another anti corrosive protective coating system ) for reinforcement bars (IPNet-RB) Conforms to IS-2770 Part-1 (Pull out Test) ASTM-3963-86 (Adhesion Test) and then applying concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor (EPCO-KP100) and applying bonding new to old concrete (Epibond) Conforms to ASTM-C-882-87 and plastering on the fresh bond coat with Polymer Modified Mortar (Monobond) with 20mm C.M 1:3 and finishing coat of 6mm C.P 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand ) incl. cost oftransport etc. as per dir of EIC.All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent. 10 Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cuttingthe patch in proper shape and preparingand plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumpingground within 50m lead. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost ofcentering,shuttering and finishing : 12 All works upto plinth level 13 Suction and disposal of night soil by sewage suction tanker of 6000litres capacity including Govt dumping charges, 20m hose pipe and attendant for vehicle suction. 14 Transportation of materials by tipper truck means including loading, unloading and stacking upto 10Km. 15 (A) lime, moorum, building rubbish. 16 Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. 17 Providing and fixing NICKEL chrome plated copper alloy Fancy Pillar Cock rocket type Jaquar make or equivalent. Confirming to IS 8931;1993 18 15mm nominal bore 19 Providing and fixing NICKEL chrome plated copper alloy Fancy BOTTLE TRAP ECONOMY TYPE 32MM Jaquar make or equivalent. Confirming to IS 8931;1993 20 Providing and fixing NICKEL chrome plated copper alloy Fancy waste coupling 32 mm with 190 mm long connection pipe wall flanceJaquar make or equivalent.
