Tender For Construction Of 07 Shopsin Nagar Panchayat Harduaganj - Cleaning jungles including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bushes wood trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 metre above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of area cleared. 2 Excavation in roundation in ordinary soil Loom clean or sand in cooling lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including feeling watering and rhyming of activated Earth into trenches or into the space between The building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer incharge up to distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches. 3 Andtermite treatment of the bottom and sides of excavaction@5liter/sqm of surface area with chemical emulsion with chlarpyriphous/Lindaue E.C. 20% with 1% concentration complete item. 4 Providing and leaving cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement 5 course sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of formwork in foundation and floor. 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses plinth and string courses fully columns pillars piers abutments post and struts etc including cost of centreing finishing and excluding the reinforcement 1:1,5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 course send :3 aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 6 Class 150 (non modular) brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 7 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in death and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30 m lead. the earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks with in 50 m distance As directed by engineer in charge and 3 km cartage of Earth. 8 Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of local sand from the site of work and including watering dressing extra required for proper completion of work. 9 Class 150 (non modular) brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure above plinth up to Floor 5 level including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including any honeycombed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12 cm and including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 10 Class 150 (non modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand motor in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of work. 11 Mild steel aur iron work in clean work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage band hooks and anth thourized Overlapping shall we measured up to floor to level. 12 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and find sand (Dholpur sand) (not less than in 1.25 FM) of single coat of interior plastering up to floor two fixing of 27.5 cm long wire spring grade 2 for rolloing shutter. 17 Providing & fixing of ball bearing for rolling shutter. 18 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved makes such as supercem durocem robiance guttacem supercem quality and or required shade on undecorated wall surface (one coat) over and including one coat white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface. 19 Painting two coat and applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface up to 10 cm in width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 sqm area after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil greece dust and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushed, fine steel/wood scraper send preparing and knotting including cost of all size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of Neat Cement 40 mm thick floor. 22 Providing and laying brick coba 12 mm thick laid with m-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap 15 mm to each other over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with waterproofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with acrylic cement concrete waterproofing compund filled with gaps of coba and top of coba motor mixed with waterproofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand morter finish smooth and top mashed false 30cmx30cm and side wall perapet shall be
