Fabrication of all strs (Anchoring rods/bolts/Rod, tie members bracing purlins, runners rope fire retardant PVC tarpaulin sheets (min. 630 GSM) ropes) etc. to be done at Vendors shop. Transportation of strs, unloading, stacking is in supplier scope. Any items missed out to be provided by Supplier. To secure the supplies strs vendors needs to post Security personnel till the Temporary shed is handed over for use. All necessary gate entries to be done on returnable Gate passes for which all required request to Stores will be sent by AMNS. Roof to be fully covered and side all to be fully covered up to ground. Level Structure design should be stable and safe to carry wind load (100 KMph) and other loads Tarpaulin sheets to be designed for rain of Surat Hazira region which is approx. 1200 to 1500 mm/year, Vendor to check the Soil condition for Anchoring columns/ Frame in soil (Some area is freshly filled soil) Soil compaction will be in AMNS Scope GA drawings for shed to be provided for approval. One time installation cost to be included in offer and erection of structure to be given separately. Vendors scope 1. All Tools and tackles to be duly inspected by Competent Authority 2. All safety PPE to be provided as per AMNS (Safety requirement attached) 3. All Legal requirement to be fulfilled 4. All tools, tackles, and consumables in vendor scope. 5. One Safety Supervisor 6. Necessary Height training for Associate working at Height 7. Labour accommodation (Outside AMNS Premises) and transportation to site 8. 2 years maintenance of shed (half year visit / as per call if any issue) AMNS Scope 1. Level and compacted ground 2. Farhana 23 MT and Man lifter will be provided. (Driver and operator only) 3. Drinking water will be provided in vicinity. 4. Power point will be provided in vicinity.
