Annual Rate Contract For Civil Works In Karjan Municipality Area.; 1 Demolition and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(i) Lime concrete. Cum 2 Demolition including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) R.C.C. work Cum 3 Demolition of Brick work and stone masonry including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) In Lime Mortar. Cum 4 Dismentaling tiled of stone floors laid in mortar including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. Cum 5 Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead.(A) Loose or soft soil Cum 6 Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a base for road work including removing the excavated stuff and depositing on the road side slope as directed Engeenier-In-Charge upto all Lead. Cum 7 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1- Cement : 3- coarse sand : 6- hand broken stone aggregates 40 mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth (upto 10 ton) Cum 8 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1- Cement : 4- coarse sand : 8- hand broken stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth Cum 9 Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand)(A) Modular Cum 10 Half brick masonry in common brunt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/Sq.Cm. in Cement mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -coarse sand ) in foundation and plinth (A) Modular 11 Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.200 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete Cum 12 Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete. Cum 13 Providing & Fixing Precast Dye Interlocking concrete Blocks 80 mm thick with grade of concrete M250 pnumetic compressed by mechanically pressesand as per approved design including 75 mm stone dust layer for leveling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level etc. as per instruction. Rmt 16 Uncoursed Rubble Masonry with hard stone of approved quality in foundations and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1-cement : 5-coarse sand including levelling up etc. Complete Cum 17 Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Kg 18 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 150 mm thick as per MORT&H specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed ma anal by tippers to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface End compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desire density. Cum 19 Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in singlecoat on Rough (Similar)side of single or halfbrick walls for interior plastering upto floortwo level and finished even and smooth in (i)Cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3-sand) Sqm 20 Providing 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1cement : 1-sand) etc. complete. Sqm 21 Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Sqm 22 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of on wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an approved brand and manufacture and of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials. Sqm 23 Applying priming coat over new steel and other metel surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning, oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead. Sqm 24 Painting one coats (excluding priming coat) on previously printed steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Sqm 25 P & L 24 x 24 vitrified 8 mm thick tile flooring over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for DARK shade (upto 10 ton) Sqm 26 Providing and laying coloured glazed tiles of thesize 300 mm x 200 mm x 8 mm / 300 mm x 450mm x 8 mm in skirting, risers of steps and dedoon 10 mm. thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) & jointed with white cementslurry. Sqm 83Contractor Sign Chief Officer, Nagarpalika 27 Providing and fixing water closet squatting Pan (Indian type W.C. Pan) size 580mm (Earthwork, bed concrete, foot reste and trap to be measured and paid for separately) (A) Vitreous China.(I) Long pattern = White colour No. 28 Providing and fixing FRP frame size 100x50 mm and 28mm thick FRP depress panel shutter having extra reinforcement on sides & edges in Gel coat finish. The core of the shutter & frame is to be filed up with injected fire retardant grade polyurethene foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali.
