Work Instructions /SOP’S for preparation of aluminium partition works <(>&<)> other finishing items shall be done as per instructions of Engineer-In-charge. 3. Providing Essentials like Power, Water at work site. 4. Approved materials list shall be provided by AMNS. 5. Minor Civil Work i.e., punching in wall, foundation etc. Vendor Scope: Scope of supply1. All mandatory PPE’S required for execution of work will be in vendor’s scope. 2. Deployment of Skilled, unskilled, semi-skilled Manpower along with supervisor for work execution. 3. All quality tests shall be in contractor scope and as per relevant IS code. 4. Deployment of job specific equipment’s for execution of job. 5. All tools <(>&<)> tackles for work execution. 6. All Consumable in contractor scope. 7. All works to be performed as per approved technical specification and drawings approved by AM/NS. 8. Execution of work should be done as per Drawings under the guidance of AMNS Engineer-In-Charge. 9. Loading, Shifting and Unloading of material at work site will in vendor’s scope. 10. Safe work access and housekeeping activities before and after execution of job at work site will be in vendor’s scope. 11. Labor License, Compliance of statutory requirements as per Govt. norms <(>&<)> AMNS policies, PF/ESIC/Insurance Requirements. 12. Processing of Gate Pass <(>&<)> Other Formalities. 13. Worker accommodation and Transportation of workers to Worksite will be in contractor scope. 14. Deployment of safety officer / supervisor at site. 15. Safety Kit / First Aid Box <(>&<)> Safety Apparatus if any like Flashback Arrester, Dial Gauge, Conduit Pipes Flexible Wires, DB with Proper Rating ELCB/RCCB will be in vendor’s scope. 16. Providing Lifeline, ladders, Scaffolding, Safety Harness, Safety/ Florescent jacket, safety helmet, safety goggles, Fall Arrester etc. will be in vendor’s scope. 17. Vendor shall use approved materials/equipment for execution of work. 18. Furniture shall be manufactured as per actual site measurement to avoid rejection due to over size or under size dimension. 19. The scope includes supply of lab furniture with storages, worktop, leg space/knee space, electrical switches and sockets, sinks and faucets, gas/water valves, anti-vibration tables, fume hoods, ducting and blowers, and accessories only and if depicted in the enclosed drawings. 20. Furniture supply and installation - both will be in vendor’s scope. 21. Fume Hood blower stand, and necessary accessories will be in vendors scope. 22. Any changes in drawings or scope of supply will be approved by AM/NS
