Tender for carrying out civil – repair work at sbu: chemicals, manali, chennai- 68 - Louvers Replacement work with Polycarbonate Sheets at FG Shed PVC Pipe Line at Spray Dryer Building Alignment of Ridges & Roof sheet at STORES Removal of damaged existing louvers including scaffolding and disposing it to scrap yard with in the site premises as per the instruction of site engineer. Polycarbonate sheeting : Supply & fixing of polycarbonate sheeting made of solid polycarbonate sheet at all heights and levels, having embossments on bottom side, matching with roofing profile shape of 2 mm thickness with UV protective film on top side with 80% light transmission. The fixing shall be done with as per manufacture recommendation. The profile and properties shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before installation.The rate shall include all necessary accessories for fixing the sheets with approved over laps, water tight etc, all complete. Necessary MS scaffolding / hanging platform / suspended platforms etc. to be arranged by the contractor. Rate to be applicable for all shapes and sizes, all length and width, height and level. The rate shall include all the labour, transportation etc for the complete item of work. Necessary alterations for proper fixing of sheets needs to be taken care by the vendor. Providing and fixing of MS scaffolding work for 6 to 20 m, all materials, labour, box type fixing etc., complete all levels. Rainwater pipe: Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter metre including all fittings, accessories, brackets, clips all complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge (All levels & heights). Including grouting of pipe. Aligning & fixing of ridges / sheet - non asbestos sheet including necessary safety precautionary measures with all leads and lifts complete as per site engineer instruction
