Or sand) inculding 100 lead 5 lift including filling watering and remanig of excavated earth in to the tranches or in to the space beteen buiding and sides of foundation tranches of in to the plinth a 2 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.As per S.I. 279 3 Brick masonary work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing & Tchnical Specifications clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 4 Providing concrete for reinforced concrete in sub structurecomplete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 805,806,807,1202 & 1203M-25 5 Supplying, fitting, and placing M.S bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202. 6 12 mm thick Plastering with cement mortar 1:4on brickwork in substructure as per Technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 7 Providing corrugated GS sheet roofing including verticle/curved surfase fixed with polymer J and U hooks, bots and nut including supply of all materials, labour, Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including wastage.As per DSR Code No.12.1.2 8 Filling infoundation trenchesas perdrawing & technical specification clause 305.3.9 9 Providing and Laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns,in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm(average) thick base of cement morter (1:4) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing, and polishing etc all complete as specified and as directed by engineer in charge (polished granite stone slab of all colour and texture except black, cherry/ruby red) as per DSR 2023 item no.11.56.2 10 Providing and fixing Stainless steel (Grade 304) railling made of Hollow tubes,channels,plates etc,including welding,grinding,buffing,polishing and making curvature(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/c fixing the railling with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge,(for payment purpose only only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts,bolt,fasterns etc.) As per DSR Specification S.I.
