Tender For Civil Work In Mggs Tejrasar Tin Shad Work; BRICK WORK IN SUPPER STRUCTURE:- Brik work with F.P.S. brick of class designation 100 in supperstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-course sand ) 3 EXTERNAL PLASTER:- Plaster on new surface on walls in cementsand mortar 1:6 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finished 20mm thick. 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.All kinds of soils 5 P.C.C. IN FOUNDATION Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8(1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 gradeed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 FOOTING:- Providing & laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC stractural elements up to plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cemen sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 course sand ) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers ( if required ) excluding the cost of cetring, shuttering and rienforcement. M-20 grade Nominal Mix / Deisn Mix 7 Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shadenew steel work (2 or more coat on new work) 8 TRUSSES:- steel work in built up tubler trusses including cutting ;hoisting (hiet up to 10 mtr) fixing in psition and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer, welded and bolted including special shaped and washers etc.complete. Hot finished welded type tubes. 9 ROOF :- Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with poymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumin and G.I. impet washers filled with shite lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizental / vertical and curved surfaces ) excluding the cost of purlin, rafters, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required 1.0 mm . with zink coating not less than 27 gm/ sqm
