Work of ratio 1:3:6 (cement, coarse sand and 25 mm size stone grit) for the above plinths for structure of L.A.s, P.I.s/C.T.s/ Fuse Set after ramming of earth of size (0.3×0.3×1.00)m. Over stone pad/bed 37 e) 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand) of plinth of 0.15 m above ground level. 38 Plinth for 10 MVA TransformerConstruction of plinth for 10 MVA, 33/11 KV Transformer of size (4.46×3.46×1.0)m (0.50m below ground level and 0.5 m above ground level) as per details & drawing attached:–a) Excavation of earth (4.50×3.50×0.5)m 39 b) Flooring of plinth in C.C. 1:4:8 (cement, sand & brick ballast) for making foundation bed. Size (4.50×3.50×0.15)m 40 c) Ist Class brick work for side walls size 0.345 m wide upto 0.3 M height and 0.23 m wide upto 0.35 m height C.C. ratio of 1:4 (cement & find sand) 41 d) Filling of brick ballast in plinth in ratio 1:4:8 (cement, coarse sand & brick ballast) with proper ramming. Size (4.0×3.0×0.65)m 42 e) R.C.C. work in the top layer of plinth in ratio 1:2:4 in size (4.46×3.46)m and 0.20 m thickness by using MS bar of 12mm dia both ways. The work also includes binding of steel reinforcement. 43 f) Quantity of M.S. Tor of size 12 mm dia required for reinforcement of plinth in R.C.C. work should be 18 nos. bars of 3.4 mtr length and 12 nos. bars of 4.40 mtr. length. Work also includes cutting, bending and laying etc. in the T/F plinth. 44 g) Providing of 90 LBS Rail piece and Grouting of 02 Nos. 90/105 lb. Rail pieces of 3.46 M long and (50×50×6)mm M.S. Angle in R.C.C. work at the top of plinth work also includes cutting of rail and angle pieces etc. 45 h) 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand) of plinth of 0.5 M above ground level. 46 Plinth for 33 KV V.C.B. (02 Nos.)Construction of plinth for the structure of 33 KV VCB as per details a) Excavation of earth of size (2.4×1.5×1.0) m pits for construction of plinth. 47 b) Brick Ballast ratio (1:4:8) (cement, sand & brick ballast ) for foundation work (2.4×1.5×0.15)m plinth. 48 c) C.C. work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand &stone grit) of 20mm size for making plinth of size (2.4×1.5×1.00)m and grouting of foundation bolts 04 Nos. for 33 KV VCB. 49 d) 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand) of plinth of 0.15 m above ground level size (2.4×1.5)m. 50 Hiring of D/G Set including carriage, loading, unloading & operating charges (with fuel) at 33/11 KV Substation under construction in case L.T. supply is not available near S/S within prescribed accessible limit.63 KVA, Three phase, D/G Set for fabrication of different structure at Substation. 51 Miscellaneous Electrical works at Newly proposedInstallation of 33/11 KV, 10 MVA Transformer :a) Boring and lowering of G.I. Pipe size 32 mm dia… into the ground up to water level 20 Mtr., with the lower end of solid copper cone Approx 225mm long and 750 gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the M.S. earth Strip for Transformer neutral connection, the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support. 52 b) Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100×50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300×300×700mm and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, M.S. Bolt and washer. 53 c) Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Angle (50×50×6)/65×65×6) mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Flat (50×6)mm pieces of size 150 mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300×300×700)mm in CC 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50×6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts. 54 d) Fabrication and grouting of M.S. frames 3.60 mt. long for support of copper Bus Bar. Bus Bar will be provided in L.V. Side of Power transformer. The M.S. frame shall be made of M.S. channel (100×50)mm in T shape. Providing 2 Nos. support of M.S. Angle iron (50×50×6)mm, 0.60 mt. long below the top channel, drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 11 KV pin insulator. The M.S. frame shall be painted with one coat of primer & two coat of aluminum paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 in a block of size (300×300×700)mm. The work also includes the fixing of 3 Nos. 11 KV pin insulator with pin and binding the copper Bus Bar with the pin insulator by Aluminum binding wire in complete. 55 e) Supply & Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2000×50×6)mm in L.V. side of 10MVA 33/11 KV, power transformer. Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work. 56 H.T. Power Cable Laying :i) Laying 11 KV, (3x300)/(3×185) mm2 XLPE Cable from power transformer to 11 KV incoming switch gear and in the cable trench and 0.45 m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable. The cable shall be dully protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick along the cable ............. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminals, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cable etc. 57 ii) Laying and dressing of 11 KV (3x300)/(3×185) mm2 power cable in air/Trench. 58 iii) Providing and Erection of Fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on cable support structure. Work includes fixing of all Clamp. 59 Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends:i) Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300/3x185q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect. 60 ii) Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300/3x185Sq.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect. 61 Control Cable Laying a) Providing of control cable and Laying of different size of (2×2.5)mm2 control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CTs to CTs CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment. 62 b) Providing of control cable and Laying of different size of (4×2.5)mm2 control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CTs to CTs CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment. 63 c) Providing of control cable and Laying of different size of (6×2.5)mm2 control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CTs to CTs CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment. 64 d) Providing of control cable and Laying of different size of (10×2.5)mm2 control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CTs to CTs CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment. 65 Testing & commissioning of Power T/F and all 33KV & 11KV switchgears / Panels. providing required No. of technicians with proper testing equipments during commissioning & energisation. 66 Providing of M.S Round 32mm dia and Digging of Pits for making delta by laying 32mm. dia M.S.Round in tringle shape. Electric welding on cross joints by providing “U” Clamp in size 25×6mm. of M.S.Flat, with over lap joint by providing M.S.Round-12mm dia, on both sides of over lap joints of M.S.Round, by electric welding. All joints shall be painted with black bituminious paint. 67 Earthing of 33KV LA, Neutral link structure, Power T/F body (both side) by providing G.I.Strip in size 50×6mm. with 32mm. dia M.S.Round laid in trench with proper electric welding. 68 Installation of 33 KV Isolators :Assembling and installation of line/Bus Isolator on the isolator structure. Adjusting of operating mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of Line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required. 69 Installation of 33 KV Post Insulators : Installation of 3 Nos. PI on structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required. 70 Installation of 33 KV Lightening Arrestors ::-Assembling and installation/mounting of 3 Nos. lighting arrestors on the L.A.s structure/terminal gantry, complete with earthing and line connections. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required. 71 Installation of 33 KV VCBAssembling and installation of 33 KV VCB on the VCB out door structure on the plinth. Adjustment of operating mechanism in proper alignment for smooth operation of the same. The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing, if required. 72 Installation and commissioning of 33 KV C.T.s :-Installation of 3 Nos. C.T.s on the C.T.s structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required to complete the work. 73 Installation of 33 KV Fuse Set with Structure:Assembling and installation of fuse set on the fuse set structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required. 74 Installation of 24 V Battery and Battery Charger :Assembling and installation of the cabinet of 24 V battery and battery charger in switch gear control room including grouting of foundation bolts as per drawing of manufacture, including providing the foundation nuts and bolts of proper size. The electrical connection between battery and battery charge with flexible copper lead of size 7/20 SWG shall be done properly. The work includes installation, wiring upto control panel, testing and commissioning complete in all respect. 75 Installation of 33 KV P.T.s Installation of 3 nos. P.T.s on P.T. Structure. The work includes any fabrication work for fixing, if required to complete the work. 76 Installation of 33 KV VCB Control PanelCarefully and safely shifting of 33 KV VCB control panel from outside of the switch gear room to inside of the switch gear room, grouting with anchor bolts in the floor, work also includes cutting & proper finishing of floor if necessary for completion of work.
