Of West Bengal.- 1 Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint. 2 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. 3 Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturers specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment] 4 Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof. 5 Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick. 6 Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars.i. Upto 4 M from GL. 7 Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as perdirection of Engineer in charge. 8 Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete. Including the cost of supply of sand.( Payment to bemade on measurment of finished quantity ) 9 Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand. 10 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. 11 Brick work with 1st class Bricksin sand cement Morter (6:1) including raking out joints scaffolding & curing etc. completed as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.b) In Superstructure, Ground Floor. 12 Ordinary cement concrete ( mix 1:1.5:3 ) with graded stone chips ( nominal 20 mm size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement. If any, i) Pakur Variety. 13 Hire charges for shuttring with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beam, columns, lintles curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works.(In all floors)25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Plaster to wall, floor etc with sand and cement morter (1:6) including rounding off or champhering corners as directed and racking out joints or roughing of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (In all floors). 15 a) With 6:1 cement morter.i) 15 mm thick plaster in Ground Floor. 16 (C) With (4:1) Cement mortar(i ) 10mm. Thick plaster 17 Neat cement punning in wall /dado, window sills, floor drains etc. in all floors about 1.5mm thick. 18 Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of conctete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and lobour.
