    Processing The Dust Collected From Parakamani For Extraction Of Gold And Other Valuable Materials At Ttd Jewellery Workshop Tirupati , Labour Charges For Extraction Of Gold From Dust Collected From Parakamani In The Following Process At Ttd Jewellery Work Shop, As Directed By The Department The Dust Shall Be Burn By Lpg Gas In Iron Vessel Banali After Reaching The Required Temperature It Is To Be Cooled At Room Temp Then The Cooled Dust Is To Be Poured Into Water In Plastic Drums By Mixing With Nitric Acid Sulphuric Acid Mercury And Salt For A Time Period Of 48 Hours To 72 Hours Then The Immersed Dust Materials Is To Be Cleaned Manually In Quantities Of 2 To 3 Kgs And The Entire Process Is To Be Repeated Again For One More Time After Thorough Cleaning The White Material Is To Be Obtained And This White Material Is To Be Boiled With Nitric Acid For About 4 To 5 Times In Small Cubicles And The Residue Will Be Yellow In Colour This Yellow Colour Residue Is Again Heated On Coal Putam And Which Removes Mercury From The Material And Finally We Obtain Gold Finally To Extract Pure Gold From The Residue The Materials Like Silver, Copper And Any Other Materials Are Also To Be Extracted And Saparated As Directed By The Department During Execution The Rate Is Inclusive Of Men Materials Like Sulphuric Acid Nitric Acid Mercury Etc Which Are Used For Extracting Process Tools And Apparatus Disposal Of Waste Effluent After Finishing Work And Inclusive Of All Taxes But Exclusive Of Gst As Per Applicable Etc Complete
