Tender For Renovation / Repair Work Nagar Palika Office - 1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead :With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 2 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 3 Providing & fixing UV stabilised fibreglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporatingminimum 0.3% Ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system underapproximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.2mm thick flat 4 Providing and laying wooden flooring with a direct laminated surface treated with aluminium oxide on top of a high-density fiber board with a density of 850 Kg./per Mtr. having a click system tongue and groove joint to secure a long lasting joint. The planks are or termiteresistant and water protected with both side lamination Wooden flooring Planks of size 1208 x 194 x 8 mm / 1215x294x8 mm (8mm thick laminated floor class of use 23/31 having a wear resistance level of AC-3 , impact resistance > 9mm, moisture resistance 3-10%as per (EN-424, EN – 438 EN – 425 EN – 417 – 2)or PREN 3329 complete in all respect as per direction of EI 5 Providing and fixing wall panelling on existing wood frame as per specification and drawing using :9 mm teak ply one side BWR ISI marked 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 7 Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 9 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces DOOR 10 Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar). 11 U-PVC Single socketed rain water pipe confirming to IS : 13592 Class A 110 mm dia. 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 13 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work 14 Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side having 12 mm air gap including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant ) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. 15 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-incharge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness 16 Providing and Fixing Vertical Blinds of approved Make and shade of 100mm regular fabric with powder coated aluminium channel with tilting PVC chain & bottom weight plate with all necessary fixtures and fitting etc. complete. (Sample to be final by Engineer In-chargeprior execution of work) 17 Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete
