The planks are or termite resistant and water protected with both side lamination Wooden flooring Planks of size 1208 x 194 x 8 mm / 1215x294x8 mm (8mm thick laminated floor class of use 23/31 having a wear resistance level of AC-3 , impact resistance > 9mm, moisture resistance 3-10% as per (EN-424, EN – 438 EN – 425 EN – 417 – 2)or PREN 3329 complete in all respect as per direction of EI 2 Providing and laying of skirting 89 mm wide having both side laminations with moulding in upper side with matching of floor fixing with nails and screws & fevicol complete in all respect as per direction of EI. 3 Providing and laying transection/adaptation profile with fixing of nails, screws & fevicol complete in all respect as per direction of EI. 4 Supplying and fixing Rollor Blinds of good quality and approved make made out of Imported fabric including Roller Mechanism and lock with chain system with all necessary hooks etc. complete as per direction and sample approved by engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing & Fixing of ward robe shutters made out of 19mm thick BWP block board ISI of superior quality make with following details :- Front side finishing with 1mm thick superior quality mica approved make and 0.8mm thickapproved shade mica in the inner side. Covering with teak wood beading 25x12mm all the sides of shutter & 35x12mm on outer frame for making good the wall joint including heavy brass S.S. fittings (Handle 200mm 2 Nos., Tower Bolt 150mm 2 Nos., Brass Lock 1 Nos., Magnetic Catcher 2 Nos., Brass Hinges 75x40x2.5 mm 6 Nos., SS Hanger Rod 20mm dia)complete as per drawing and design approved by Engineer in Charge. 6 Providing and applyingMelamine polish on teak wood work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with twoor more coats by compressor including sand papering,wood filler coat etc complete in all respect: Old Surface 7 Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. 8 Providing and fixing in position manufacture Optra Acoustical Wall Panelling with square edges made of fire glasssubstrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classified for Fire reaction Class A, as per ASTM E-84, fabric with an option of colour - Husk, Copper, Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut and Shell as per the choice of the Architect of sized 600x1200mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.85 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impellers supplied by manufacture Ceiling Solutions and construction adhesives as per the instructions laid done by the manufacturer. 9 Installation: In order to fix the panels to the wall, Impellers shall be fixed to the wall surface using self tapping screws & wall panel Impellers to be used for the installation purpose. Silica based construction adhesive to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the impellers. manufacture Optra wall panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the Impellers ensuring the line and level of the panels are maintained. Installation to be carried out by manufacture Trained Installation team & Installation should be carried out as per manufacture recommended procedure and pattern decided by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Providing & Fixing decorative veneer of approved make for inner/outer side of shutters with fevicol & nails completeas per approved by engineer in charge. 4.0mm thick veneer 11 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. 12 Providing and fixing bright finished Mortice lock of approved make Godrej or equivalent withpair ofCP handles for doors with necessary screws etc complete (Best make of approved quality) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing and fixing S.S. Rod 30mm dia (304 grade ,16SWG) includingbrackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and rawl plugs, etc., wherever necessary complete two side central all fittings.
