    Annual repair for old PWD Rest House in Gurgaon District for the year 2024-2025-- 1 [12.36.1]Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 1. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws 2 [30.25.1]Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litreof approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 1. Old work (one or more coats) 3 [30.27.1]Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 1. One or more coats on old work 4 [30.28.1]Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 1. One or more coats on old work 5 [30.54.1]Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 1. Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) 6 [30.9]Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
