Tender For Renovation And Remodeling Work At Kolkata Regional Office-- 1 Supplying profiles of required section made ofAluminium Alloy Extrusions conforming to IS:732-1983 and IS:1285- 1975;Anodized (with reguired film thickness of 10-12 micron and / natural) matt finished conforming to IS:1868-1983 for fabrication of composite door, partitions, formed of basic sections of any ISI embossed /certified make and brand with party Wall paneling / partition with Both side decorative laminate interior Grade12mm Melamine faced 3 layeredflat pressed wood particle board of approved make and brand of requisite grade bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin and partly gazed with best Indian laminoted safety glass 5 mm. thick including cutting to required sizes and fitting with dry set neoprene or EPDM gasketing, cutting to requisite shape etc. as per fixing them with glazing clips as per as per direction of the concerned authority. 2 a. Fixed partitions:Unsupported length of vertical member upto 1.5 mtr. Height ofboth ends of vertical member restrained but panels within 0.9 sq.m. 3 b. Movable door shutter:Portly glazed partly paneled or fully glazed single leaf aluminum swing door made of extruded and anodized alloy aluminum sections, fabrication including cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning, fitted with heavy duty hydraulic action floor spring placed in the floor with mending damages ,with top pin assembly of approve make and brand, fitted with in built lacking arrangement, flush bolt, glazing clips and all other necessary fittings, fixtures, adhesives and joineries, cutting glass of approved make to requisite shape and size fitting withdry set neoprene or EPDM gasketing, cutting to requisite slape and size panel board(pre laminated particle block ) fixing them with glazing clips as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer in charge 4 Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand.(1.5 mm thick). 5 Priming one coat on timber or plastered surfacewith synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand. 6 Applying Two coats standard quality AcrylicEmulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of the authority). 7 Supplying & laying of approved make and brandof scratch proof, flexible & homogeneous P.V.C.Vinyl flooring conforming to IS:3462 - 1982 in required finish, fixed with synthetic acrylicadhesive after preparing the floor, leveling & smoothening when necessary with suitable putty, as per the design & instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 mm thick 8 Supply, fitting and fixing of “Polyester Verticalblinds with slat width 100 mm and slot thickness0.80 mm “ including Head rail - end caps - carrier trucks with link - mono command with wand - foce fix brackets - shallaw frame face fix brackets-tap fix brackets screw - top fix brackets spring -top fix brackefs clip and screw - adjustable face fix brackets - extension top fix brackets - side fix brackets - Louvre insert - Cord — Metal chain,Plastic chain, Cord weights etc. and all other allied fittings and fixtures.
