Misc Civil Work At Different Offices Of Shakti Bhawan Hq 7Th Floor Shakti Bhawan Hq Lko - Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading 2 Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only. 3 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than50 gram/litre. 4 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 5 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches with cement morter 1:4 ,1cement and 4 cource sand of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Providing & fixing of executive officer computer work station cum work table of different size as per requirment fitted in any floor ofShakti Bhawanbuilding.The unit shall be measured by lengthxbreadth of work top and .76 mtr hight.The entire above unit shall be fabricatedwith 19mm block board of superior quality swastik made all exterior surface with approved quality 1mm thick sunmica laminated and interior surface finished with 10x20 mm thick sprit polishedteak wood beading.One no drawer and one flap door fabricatedwith the help of 19 mm block board swastik block/ green or equivalent .The cup board shallhave lockable magnet door fabricated with19 mm block boardfixedto cup board with magnethaving in handle .The main table rack shall be approved matel handle and necessary m.p lock all drawers shall be provided with approved quality slider machanism.The foot boardshall be also provided in above three peace.The work include cost of all labour ,material T&P required for proper completion of work. 7 Providing and fixing of Roller blinds of approved shade as per drawing & specification as approved by the Architect/Engineer-in-charge. 8 Proving & fixing 3 seater sofa of GEEKEN modle no COLUMBIA 3of Wooden Frame ,SS Pipe leg of size in mm1920(L)X755(D)X750(H). 9 Reparing and fixing of M.Sglazed window of size .75x1.6 including changes of glass ,rubber beading,hings,handleanditscutting,jointing & welding and proper enamle painting on ms frame of windowas per required for proper completion of work.
