Tender For Facade Work For At Pfff Building At Nfc-Kota; 1 EARTHWORK : 2 Earth work inover areasby mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means/controlled blasting to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/strata as mentioned below upto all depths as per drawing and as directed, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan area including dressing of excavated sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal / stacking of excavated materials within a lead of 150m and all inferent lifts and filling in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, consolidation etc. complete all as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge 3 Softrock/Filled Up Rock/Soils/Crushed rocks 4 Hard rock ( by chiselling or wedging or rock hammer and cutter or hydraulic splitter or by using machine such as poclain with jack hammer or controlled blasting or by approved chemical method as directed by EIC) 5 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge 6 CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) : 7 Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum(M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make)with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. 8 Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) for all levels below & above FFL using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturers Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to properlevel, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. 9 Plum concrete with M-10 cement concrete, using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make)with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level to be filled in all interstices (not less than 150mm) with plums not exceeding 50 percent of total volume of plum concrete and stone size shall be between 200 to 300 mm and shall be hard durable and tough. The water cement ratio shall be adjusted at site to maintain the flowability of concrete to fill all the interstices properly laid to properlevel, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,as specified and directed. 10 SHUTTERING WORKS 11 Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. 12 REINFORCEMENT AND STRUCTURAL STEEL: 13 Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement barsfor Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge. 14 Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting withone coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 a) For Rolled steel sections 16 b) Making MS Jali with MS round bar and Angles/channels etc. 17 RCC PIPES 18 Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC SPUN PIPES of class and internal dia mentioned below conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed. 19 300mm NB NP-2 20 600mm NB NP-3 21 PITCHING AND POINTING 22 Stone pitching 150 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 preparing surface complete as specified and directed.(Stones are available inside the campus and available at free of cost and stone transportation which includes breaking the stones into relavant sizes is in the contractor scope) 23 Providing Flush/ Ruled Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including preperation of surface complete as specified and directed.
