    Construction of Covered Parking and Allied Works at Accounts and Treasury Building , Muthi , Jammu (Balance Work).- 1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. : All kinds of soil : 2 Labour for picking and collection of stones / rocks / rubbish / green vegetation etc. from the site of work and parking area. 3 Supplying and stacking at site : Good Earth as per directions of engineer in charge 4 Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm. 5 Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately). 6 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion specified or directed by engineer in charge. 7 Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) :with grass turf. 8 Disposal of mulba from site of work by Mechanical Means to dumping site 08 km avg. lead.
