    Tender For Painting and other necessary repair works of the exterior of house no. 16 at Kalidas Marg - Dismantling Old Plaster or SkirtingRacking out joint and cleaning the surface for plasterincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metars lead. DAR No-15.56 2 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). DAR-13.4.1, 3 Removing White or colour wash by Scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.DSR-13.88, 4 Providing and Applying white Cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacture. Over the Plastered wall Surface to Prepare the Surface even and Smooth Complete. (DSR-13.80), 5 Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior Paint with Silicone Additives of required Shade Old work. (Two or More Coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm) Over Existing Cement Paint Surface. (DSR-13.112.1), 6 Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two of more coatson new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. DSR.N0-13.62.1), 7 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
