Tender For Deemak treatment was done in house no. 404 situated in Darul Shafa residence, changing the door and constructing aluminium partition and other civil related various construction works were done. - Providing and fixing ofkitchen shelves/cabinet with basket, shutter is made by mica laminated 18mm HDHMR board and back side of box is made by 12mmHDHMR board. Length and width of cabinet is 50cm and depth/height of cabinet is 65cm including cost of all accessories such as handle, hinges, lock, rolling channel, basket, catcher etc complete work. 2 Providing and Fixing of cup board with mica laminated 18mm HDMRboard out side with one side decorative lamination .depth of cupordis 30 cm back side of cup board made by 12mm thick HDMRboard including cost of all accessories such as handle, hinges, lock etc complete work. 3 Providing , Fixing ofAlmirah with mica laminated 18 mm HDHMRboard out side with one side decorative lamination .depth of cupordis 30 cm back side of cup board made by 5.5 mm thick HDHMRboard including cost of all acessires as handle hinges lock rolling chainel etc complete work 4 Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mmapart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes andplugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:ith Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1concentratioDSR 1.1.18 5 Proding and fixing aluminium work for doors windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tublar section/ appropriate Z section and other sections of approved make conferming to IS:733 and IS 1285 , fixing with dash fasteners of requried dia and size , including necessary filling up the gaps at at junction I.S at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc alumimium section shall be smooth , rust free straight ,mitred and joints machanically where requried including clear angle , aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling C.P Brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in - charge (glazing, paneling , and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)::for fixed portion:: powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron (dsr -21.1.1.2) 6 Proding and fixing aluminium work for doors windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tublar section/ appropriate Z section and other sections of approved make conferming to IS:733 and IS 1285 , fixing with dash fasteners of requried dia and size , including necessary filling up the gaps at at junction I.S at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc alumimium section shall be smooth , rust free straight ,mitred and joints machanically where requried including clear angle , aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling C.P Brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in - charge (glazing, paneling , and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)::for fixed portion:: powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron (dsr -21.1.1.2) 7 proding and fixing glazing in aluminium door , window ventilator shutter and partition etc with EPDM rubber / neoprane gasket etc complete as perarchitectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in - charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item:(with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50kg/sqm)(dsr-21.3.2) 8 Providing and fixing of glazing in Aluminium door/window, Ventilator shutter and Partitions etc, with EPDM Rubber/ neoprene gasket etc, complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction fo E/I (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item with APC Sheet (Aluminium Power Coated Sheet). 9 Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI IS:3564, emboeesd on the body , door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000mm ) with double speed adjestment with necessary accessories and screws etc . complete (Dsr-9.84) 10 FILLING the gap in between allmunium frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/stone work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600. Upto 10mm depth and 10mm width item no. dsr- 21.19.2 11 Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar 32 mm outer dia, 3.0 mm thick &2100 mm long with SS screws etc .complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium tubular handle bar dsr21.12.2 12 providing and fixing roller for sliding door complete 13 P/F brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary citting and making good etc. complete.(D.S.R-21.13)
