Tender For Mw (Cons) Repairs To Chola Temple, Motupalle, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh; 1 Carefully erection and removal of Scaffolding for removal of deteriorated lime concrete for water tightening the entire roof of the temple including labour charges, transportation of the scaffolding, etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge. (130 Sqm is for ceiling pointing and 20 Sqm is for external movement to the top roof) 2 Removal of damaged existing stone apron of size 1.00x0.80m of 100 mm thick and kept in a safe place for relaying including labour charges, etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 3 Earthwork excavation in hard soil and disposal away from the monument above 150 m including lead and lift for laying of apron on all around the temple including cost of the labour etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 4 Relaying of the existing apron by using 85% of available granite stone at site and 15% of new granite of size 1.00x0.9m (Aprox) of 100mm thickness in lime concrete (1:2:4) and pointing the joints Lime Surkhi Mortar (1:1:1) including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of material and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge. 5 Providing apron for the remaining position of the temple with granite stone of size 1.00 x 0.90 m of thickness 100mm (Approx.) in lime concrete (1:2:4) and pointing the joints Lime Surkhi Mortar (1:1:1) including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of material and labour charges etc., Complete as directed by the site in-charge. 6 Providing stone pathway from entrance gate to towards the main temple for the remaining position of the temple with granite stone of size 1.00 x 0.90 m of thickness 100mm (Approx.) in lime concrete (1:2:4) and pointing the joints Lime Surkhi Mortar (1:1:1) including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of material and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 7 Carefully removal of the stone Navaranga, Charja, Stone Beams, Pillar capitals and pillars by using chain pully block of the main gate entrance mandapa including labour charges, etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 8 Carefully removal of the stone Bhalipetam top layer including labour charges, etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 9 Carefully resetting of the stone Navaranga, Charja, Stone Beams, Pillar capitals and pillars using chain pully block of the main gate entrance mandapa including labour charges, materials etc. complete as directed by the site in charge. 10 Carefully resetting of the stone Bhalipetam top layer including labour charges, etc. complete as directed by the site in charge. 11 Providing the pointing to the entire roof slabs and stone beams of inside entrance pillared open mandapa with Lime motor (1:2) including the cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 12 Removal of the damaged/Dead brick jelly lime concrete on the top of the roof with a depth of 0.10 m for the water tightening work including the cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 13 Providing Lime Concrete for roof of temple 1:2:4 by using 20mm Hard Broken Brick aggregate including cost, conveyance of all materials, galnut ,Jaggery, labour charges, curing charges, beating with wooden bats ,loading and un loading charges, mixing charges, transport and placing and seigniorage charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 14 Smooth plastering over the roof of the temple with lime motor (1:2) with 12mm thick cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.
