Tender For Maintenance work of Tandafal Dock Bungalow in Village Turkha - Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 min width or 10 sqmon plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 40mm nominal size stone aggregate) grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 3 Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4) 4 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 20 mm nominal size aggregate) R.C.C. work in wall (any thickness) including attached plaster, butteresses, plinth and string coarse, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. excluding cost of centerring shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including streightening, cutting, bending, placing and binding all complete. 6 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour 9 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, in+B20luding pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. DSR(8.31) 10 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.DSR (11.39) 11 Steel work welded in section/framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frame, gaured bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and simillar works 12 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations preparedand applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriatepriming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. on steel work 13 Plumbing and sanitary work 14 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. 15 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 16 Miscellaneous work.(Payment will be paid as per actual work done on the basis of PWD schedule/DSR/market rate).
