Antitermite treatment toplywood and woodwork etc.including all leads & lifts complete as perArchitects detailed drg. & design and as instructed by The Engineer In Charge (Basic Veneer Rate Rs.75/-per sft) 3 Providing and fixing in position, Double leaf flush door of required size including providing & fixing T.W. frame 60mm x 150mm., 45mm thick solid code hard wood block board shutters with 25mm x 45mm lipping patti, allround the shutter & finished with 1mm thick approved textured laminates on either sides, finishing all exposed surfaces of wood with approved shade french polish, treating all the surfaces of wood in contact with masonary with tar paint (Black Japan), chrominum plated brass fittings & fastenings, S.S. handles etc. complete as per detailed drawing and as directed by the Engineer In charge. D2,D3,GL-D1,GL-D2,GL-D3 4 Mild steel grill of weight 20 to 25 Kg/sq. m. 5 Providing and applying 12 mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar 1:3 with neeru finish at all heights and locations in one coat for masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, watering, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. complete. 6 P/F partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board: 88 mm overall thickness partition with 6 mm thick double skin 6mm thk. Commercial plywood. 7 Supply and instalaation of Demountable Modular Aluminium Frame Glass Partition, Singlre glazed system compromising of 10mm Toughnend Glass and Aluminium profile Sections of size 75MM x 30MM for fixing at Floor level and at false ceiling level with approximate brackets and expansion bolts of standardised S.S. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge: 20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes 13 Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint/flat oil paint of an approved make and colour as per manufacturers specifications to surfacesspecifird below, at all height and locations as directed including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting by any approved means etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 G.I.
