No. Item Description 1 Construction of tube well upto 100 meter depth in all type of rock by DTH System & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all type of soils & over burden including lowing of casing pipes (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1 : 1991 & IS:2800 Part II:1979 (Both amended upto date) and technical specifications. the work woud be completed after obtaining sand free water.The tubewell should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. Nominal Bore 125 mm dia (BSR Item No. 2.45.2/2023) 2 Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked as per IS:1239 (Part I 2004) or amended upto date of 125 mm dia NB (Thickness of pipe 4.8 mm & mass of tube 16.40 Kg/m) (BSR Item No. 2.47.2/2023) 3 Supply & fixing of tubewell cover of MS Sheet 8 mm thick at top & 5 mm thick 100 mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45 cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80 mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over to plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80 mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug.125 mm dia (BSR Item No. 2.23/2023) 4 Supply & installation of GI pipe 32 mm medium class B with pipe sockets (heavy duty) (BSR Item No. 2.50/2023) 5 Supply & installation of ISI mark II Hand Pump Standard (SDWP) set as per IS 15500:2004 or as amended upto date complete with cylinder & 15 connecting rods (BSR Item No. 2.51/2023) 6 Supply & installation of ISI mark connecting rod as per departmental specifications. of 3 meter length.
