Tender For Ow (P) Repairs And Maintenance Of Nagarjunakonda Sub-Circle Office At Vijayapuri South, Palnadu Dist., A.P.; 1 Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. to arrest water leakages from slab, with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire rushes and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) Water tightening including cost, conveyance of all materials, labor charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. 3 Demolishing brick work (To fix new doors and windows with frames) manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 4 Brick work for the proposed demolished work, with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 5 Providing 20 mm cement plaster (2 coats in 12mm and 8mm) of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) for the proposed brick work including all material and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 6 Replacement of damaged doors with Customized Door (Powder Coated Mild steel doors, frames & shutters)it includes cost of material, labour and conveyance of material etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 7 Fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame including including cost of the labour, and also includes GST, and other applicable taxes if any etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 8 Fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, G.I fasteners for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 9 Demolishing R.C.C. work (Chajjas) manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 10 Cupboards with 12 mm thick one side Prelaminated particle board (decorative lamination on one side and other sides balancing lamination) grade -1, medium density flat pressed, three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT-1 conforming to IS : 3087 bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and pre-laminated conforming to IS : 12823, Grade -1, Type II marked it includes scaffolding, labor, materials charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.. 11 Fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mmof approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 12 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and isposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead including cost of the labor, and also includes GST, and other applicable taxes if any etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 13 Laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately)etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Dismantling tile work in floors and walls of toilets laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead including cost of the labor, and also includes GST, and other applicable taxes if any etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 15 Laying Vitrified tiles in floor (Toilet floor) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily 16 Fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 17 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 18 Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 19 Painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including cost of the labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 20 Supply of Furniture items including cost of the labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Please refer Annexure- A) 21 Sanitary fittings for toilets including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
