Providing, fitting& fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section No.3215 with 2’-0” center to center , L section No.1705 upto 15 micron of 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plug and the amuminum grid 2’-0” x 2’0” suspended from ceiling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for Painting two coats to old wood/ ironwork including cost conveyance of all materials and labour etc. GF

12 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather coatof approved quality two coats to give an even shade with brush to outside wall surface after cleaning surface including cost of paint watering and curing cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour,cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors.
