Tender For Community building construction work near Baba Samadhi in Ward No. 25 - Earth work in excavation for foundation trench including disposal of surplus materials with lift upto 1.5 meter and lead up to 50 Mtr in ordinary type of soil, In all type of soil 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors,roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas,lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix) 4 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. 5 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 6 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 7 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 8 Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and liftupto 1.5 m. 9 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja (soling) under floor. 10 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 11 Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm. over and includingone coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm. 12 Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :Area of each slab 2001 to 5000 sqcm 13 Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 : 2 :4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification 14 Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp of internal dia 140mm, 73mm height, top lid of 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3mm dia. round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing. 15 S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit as per PWD specification for electrical Works along with its accessories (IS: 3419 ) as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required. All relative and latest acceptance tests reports by any NABL accredited lab for the conduit shall be submitted before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit. 20 mm 16 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)
