Tender For Work No-71 Ward No-31 Repair Work Of Bada Shivala Temple In Chandiyana Maharathi. - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m & lead up to 30.0 Mtr & including filling,watering and ramming ofexcavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundataion trenches or in to the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge up to a distance of 30.0 Mtr from the foundation trenches .as per S.I no 251 2 Cement concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportions of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No-281 3 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M. and 2cm (3/4) Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 on lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. (S.I. No-283) 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M. and 2cm (3/4) Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 on lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. No-283) 5 Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as RCC or R.B. work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper competition of work and including supply of all steel & wastage and over lapping and hooks.(S.I. No-504) 6 M-150 class brick work in 1:4cement coarse sand. all complete work up in super structure 7 Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required designand patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building allcomplete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slabover 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with whitecement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge.11.56.1 Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown,Cat Eye or equivalent. 8 P.C.C. 1:2:4Cement Coarse Sand and Stone grit. 9 Providing & laying of 8to10 mm thick ivory or light shade Vitrified tiles of 600mmx600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement morter (1Cement: 3Coarse send) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/c supply of all materials, labour T&P required for proper completion of work confirming to DSR item no.11.41 S.N0-14.36 10 Scraping old white or colour Wash including disposal or refuse within a distance of 60 m. 11 12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement coarse sand 12 P/A of 1 mm avg thickness of white cement based wall putty including all labour material T&P 13 Distempering of one coat as primer coat and twocoats of OIL BOUND DISTEMPER of aprooved quality 14 S/f of stainless steel grill of grade -304 including all labour material T&P 15 Providing and fixing sloping chajja or red sand stone 40mm thick and upto 80cm wide beyond the wall as measured along the slope in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) with 12mm diameter anchoring steel bar, 45 cm long fixed in each stone and supported on and including with bricks cove in cement mortar 1:4 ( cement :4 coarse sand), including pointing in cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. 16 Providing and fixing red sand stone brackets 55x22.5x45 cm sunk and moulded including providing and fixing with 4 nos gun metal cramp 25x6mm 30 cm long. 17 Red sand Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand),including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the red stone shade. 18 Providing and fixing stone jali 40mm thick throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1 white cement :3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfers etc. 19 Both face dressed red sand stone work plain ashlar in domes, in super structure upto looor V level in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) including centering, shuttering and pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. 20 40mm thick fine dressed red sand stone flooring over 20 mmm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. 21 Providing and fixing UV Stabilised fiber glass reinforced plastic sheet. 22 Add 7.50% Electrification & Sanitation work
