Close jointed & grouted with proper matching groutwhere necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A Tile (Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) & with epoxy based water proof grout to match the shades of the tiles etc, fixing of granite at all door sill, finished to line, level, plumb etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage making cut outs wherever required machine/hand polishing. Item including cost of all materials,labours & royalties, conveyance ,loading and unloading ,sundries ,T & P etc .complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. The size of tile to be (600x600 mm). The cost to be inclusive of cutting the existing door and repairing as required to make good and fit finish as required. (Approved Make- Kajaria/Somany/Simpolo/Rak and equivalent) 4 Chipping/dismantling & Providing, laying of 1st quality Antiskid floor tile of specified size of required thickness of approvedmake confirming to IS-15622 specifications in floor, skirtings over proper cement slurry/necessary fixing material and epoxy based water proof adhesive to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. Including finishing the joints with epoxy based water proofing grout to match the color and shade of tiles complete as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Approved Make- Kajaria/Somany/Simpolo/Rak and equivalent) 5 Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per approved shade of approved quality over a coat of primer, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance,materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Approved Make- Asian,Berger, Indigo and equivalent) 6 Scrapping,Providing and applying 1st Quality emulsion (water based 100% acrylic) or approved equivalent grade interior paint to all type of smooth plasters, concrete, ceilings etc surface. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. Then two coats of wall putty white Wallcare Putty and one coat interior grade wall primer be applied after which any surface imperfection such as holes, dents, fine cracks shall be corrected by filling with synthetic grade putty. Thereafter sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe clean and apply second coat of interior grade primer and again surface imperfection to be corrected and again surface imperfection to be corrected. Thereafter again sand the surface with emery paper 320 and wipe clean and then apply the premium emulsion in two coats. The color and pattern/ color combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. Contractor has to take all risk insurance policy from reputed insurance agency before commencement of work, contractor has to provide all precautions’ and arrange safety belts, helmets to all working labours at site. (Approved Make-:Asian Royale, Berger Silk ,Indigo Platinum or Equivalent). 7 Dismantaling, providing and fixing UPVC window size (2 feet X 3 feet) for each bathroom with factory made uPVC white/colour frame with following fittings as per design approved by NABARD which includes- Patterned opaque fibre glass of different sizes, Exhaust fan with louver, Patterned slanting fibre glass and all respective fittings with upvc frame as per direction of NABARD Representative. The design to be approved by NABARD. The price to be inclusive of cementing, grouting, etc as per the site requirement. (Approved Make - Veka or Equivalent). 8 Dismantling of existing W.B and Providing, fixing testing and commissioning of required size cabinet wash basin with installed brackets, 15mm pillar cock, 15 mm dia- 450 mm long PVC connection pipe, 32mm dia CP waste coupling, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe. The works shall include cutting and making good the walls & floors.
