Roof Treatment Of Certain Bldgs At Csd Depot In The Area Of Age B/R-Iii Under Ge (West) Delhi Cantt- 1 Dismantling of brick tiles /stone tiles or terracing single layer on roof and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Scraping of old tar felt roof treatment over concrete padding of any thickness etc from roof incl finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface (by mechanical means like grinder, etc complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs,any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris outside the MOD land exc 250 m and n exc 500 m complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3 mm thick & weighting not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 90 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared plastered roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at ends and sealing including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3with and including water proofing compound over PCC padding complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-(Rate of WPC shall be included in quoted unit rate) 6 M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on roof for paddingsurface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for plain cement concretetiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine pressed set jointed,grouted and pointed flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cementin neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in floors with screed bed in 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for rendering ready mix plaster 15mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement including taking down old plaster any type with racking out joints,hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Rates of scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. 9 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applyingtwo coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 S&F in repair 200 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any lengthwith rubber ring/ cement solvent cement jointsfixed to walls incl MS clamps of suitable size made of flat iron 25x3mm including taking down old unsv pipes complete all as specified and as directed. 11 S&F PVC bend/tee suitable for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 12 S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any lengthwith rubber ring/ cement solvent cement jointsfixed to walls incl MS clamps of suitable size made of flat iron 25x3mm including taking down old unsv pipes complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F PVC bend/tee suitable for 110mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Complete removal of existing treatment of wall/Ceiling usingwire brush/mechanical/ electrical driven sanders, washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surface including preparation of surface etcand applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.
