tender for Nrs Medical College And Hospital Repairing Lowering And Fitting Fixing Of Water Supply Pumps With Starters And Allied Works- 1 Repairing of 10 h.p. submersible pump motor set: 2 Opening the 10 h.p. pump motor set part by then cheking, testing the motor & cleaning through overhauling the pump portion including re-fitting after changing defective parts. 3 Re-winding the 10 H.P. motor by appropriate gauge water proof poly coated copper winding wire with supply insulation materials including connection cable joints, testing etc. 4 Supply/fixing & making motor both side bush bearing (G.M.) 5 Cost for grinding, polishing the motor shat sleeve busher steel blush. 6 Cost for rectification of thrust bearing P vote metallic segment & changing non-metallic fibre pad of thrust plate. 7 Supply & fixing water guard seal. 8 Painting the pump motor set after scraping old discolour paint. 9 Carrying the pump motor set from NRS Hospital campus to Companys work shop & back to Departmental store room. 10 Supply & installation phase failure & water level guard relay unit consist in M.S. Box (8 x 6 x 6) including ventilation system, inside relay unit fixing arrangement, internal wiring (i.e. operating starter to relay unit, reservoir sensor to relay unit points) by 1.0 mm finolex flex wire by rigid PVC pipe 12 mm partly on wall & partly cancelled (2 nos. in each box for 2 nos. motor) 11 Cost of 440 volts star/delta M.I. 15F fully automatic starter relay range 9-14 make LT/LK including M.S. iron structure for grounding wall etc. 12 Supplying & fittings of 2.5 sq mm 3 core flat copper PVC coated submersible motor cable (Finolex) 13 Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc.complete in all respect including cost of necessary fitting as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground.( Payment will be made on the center line measurements of total pipe line including all specials.
