    Tender For Periodical Services In Resdl Bldgs At Bn Hq At Phek Of 39 Assam Rifles.; 2 Applying one or more coats of distermpering with oil bound wahsable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade on old surface after preparation by removing dry oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing and preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete. 3 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 4 Applyig one or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved manufacturer on existing walls after preparation of surface by removing the old deteriorated one by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete. 5 Applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved branch and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade on old surfaces. 6 Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (ofapproved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to woodencleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete. 7 Providing and fixing 600x120x5 mm glass shelf with edges round off, supportedon anodised aluminium angle frame with C.P. brass brackets and guard railcomplete fixed with 40 mm long screws, rawl plugs etc., complete. 8 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)
