Roof sheet material TATA make specification as per our drg. (Details attached as below)Providing and fixing minimum 0.50mm thick (Total Coated thickness) Galvalume colour coated sheets for roof and wall of approved make in single piece as per approved drg. Between the ribs the panel shall be formed into a sculptured “valley” Shape (Major rib 25mm to 33 mm deep space 300 to 334 mm c/c) each panel shall provide one meter coverage AIuminium Zinc coating shall be 150gm/sq.m top colour coat 5 to 7 microns primer + 18 to 20 microns polyester colour coat, bottom coat5 to 7 microns epoxy primer as per IS-277 and IS-513 heaving a yield strength of 345MPA duly treated with primerand 35-micron top coat & 15 micron bottom coat of polyester with U.V resistant pigments of approved color. The rate shall include cost of lapse, all required flashings, foam filler, fixtures like SD self tapping screws with EPDM washers including as required in complete line and level to the satisfaction to the Engineer- Incharge (Approved make SAIL/TATA BSL/JSW). Also required 10 years guarantee over the bond paper for the paint Color.
