Sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 5 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 6 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Super Structure Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded. 8 Providing and fixing G.I. Chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25X25 mm made of G.I wire of dia 3 mm including strenthening with 2 mm dia wire of nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) 10 Providing and fixing Stainless steel (Grade 304) ralling made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the ralling with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasterners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) 11 Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 600X600 mm 12 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 Liter/10 SQM) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 Kg/10 SQM 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
