Decision of GMC regarding %age of hike shall be final, which may take into consideration, prevailing market rates for the same) 2 Premium amount for the work of establishment of Municipal Corporation bus shelters and display of advertisement on it by the tenderer, which will be non-refundable. (Rs. 50.00 Lacs) 3 Monthly Concession fees for display of advertisement (Min. Rs. 9,500 per Square meter has been fixed for participating in financial bid)(As per Actual)
