Tender For Renovation/Up-Gradation Of Magazine Building At Shq Bsf Ferozepur.; 1 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand includingfinishing the top smooth. 2 Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Second class teak wood 30 mm thick 3 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood andwell matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. 4 Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width of aperture 1.4mm in both direction with wire ofdia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws:35 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood. 5 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding. 6 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodisedanodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete 250x16 mm 7 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :150x10 mm 8 Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm 9 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) for doors and windows fixed frame/shutters etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes 10 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) includingfinishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In75x75mm deep chase 11 Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx1mx400micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edge sand making and finishing the outlet complete. 12 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 110 mm diameter 13 15 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) 14 6 mm cement plaster of mix :1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) 15 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 16 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (in two coat) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 17 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats 18 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre 19 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm)on existing cement paint surface 20 Re-grading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded) within 50 metres lead. 21 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 22 Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 24 Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below 25 Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats 26 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 27 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 28 Add GST 18% instead of 12% on Total amount (multiplying 0.0633) 29 Add cost index @ -1.90% on DSR 2021 30 Dismantling and credit to Govt. by dismantling and taking away the door, windows and clearstory window shutters(steel or wood) of area 3 sqm and below including removal of all dismantled materials from site of work and its credit to contractor. 31 Internal Electrical Installation 32 Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required 33 Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire 34 Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V C curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required
