Sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the material for reuse and removing the debries with in 50m lead. 2 Taking out the door or windows shutters& them including screws etc 3 Dismentaling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring including stacking the useful materials. 4 Supplying, fitting and fixing vertified Tile infloors of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. required for the work 5 Iron work wrought and put up in grated doors,windows and case latrines(Labour only) 6 Supplying fitting & Fixing M.S.Iron grills & Placing in position etc all complete.(Including labour) 7 Labour for fixing and fixing GCI Sheet Ridges Plan or Vallies double per 1 RM and including cost of Ridges etc. Complete 8 Earthwork in in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers to exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the EIC. 9 Filling in foundation with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of sand etc. complete. 10 C.C. (1:3:6) using 40 mm size H.G. metal with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes and all labour T & P etc. Complete 11 C.B.Brick masonary in Super structure in C.M. (1:6) including all cost etc. complete. 12 12mm thick in C.M.(1:6) over brick masonary to the smooth surface including all costs etc. complete. 13 16 mm thick Cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over brick or stone works including cost, conveyance, royalty etc. Complete 14 Providing two coats of weather coatwith any approved shade of weather coat over a coat of primer coatincluding cost of weather coat and primercoat complete. 15 Painting two Coats to the new surface of wood and iron work with one coat with primer and two coat with any approved shade of paint including all cost etc complete. 16 Suppluing Fitting & Fixing antiskid Chequred Tiles of approved make in floorson 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete includingcost of precast tiles
