Special/Repair To Rd E/12 Quarter At Hatisalpada - Dismantaling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frames, hinges, fastening and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 m. lead. 2 Scraping and cleaning the exposedsurfaceof wall including all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete. 3 Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 4 Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new workto give an even shade including cost of paint. 5 Fixing vetrifiedtiles of 600 x 600mm in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishingwith cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete. 6 Fixing of 0.30 mm thick G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fittings but including cost of sheet. 7 Supplying, fitting, fixing of window (sliding type) made up of aluminium section 9778 as windows frame section no.4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement, all fittings including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge 8 Providing & Fixing of M.S. window Grills including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc complet as per direction of E.I.C. 9 Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 10 Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of priming including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C. 11 2.5 cm thick Artifical Stone Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size hand broken granite chipsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
