Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance Of Lt Pannel, Cable And Connected Itmes At Age (I) R And D Manali; 1 Excavating in trenchesin soft/diseintegrated soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 2 Returning ,fillling in trenches,spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 3 Removingexcavated material/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distence not exceeding 50mtr.at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from strting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 4 M&L for river sand free from organic material and silt ,including spreading ,levelling ,punning for laying /cushioning of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 Supply lay in trenches fly ash bricks, old size sub class “B” for cable protection,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 Supply, lay in trenches, floors ,fix on wall/pole, passing through pipes etc.,LT UG cable , 1100 volts grade, PVC/ XLPE insulated , with multistrandedaluminium conductors, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape , of following nominal cross sections, confirming to IS specifications:- 7 (a)3.5Core 50Sq.mm 8 (b) 2.0 core 16 sq mm 9 Supply and fix on pole / wall or lay in trenches under road / drain crossings etc., for drawing cables, GI pipe light grade , ISI marked ,offollowing sizes including necessery pipe ,fittings ,clamps, bolts , nuts etc., all as specified and as directed :- 10 (a) 50 mm bore dia 11 M & L for cutting exisitng bitumenous road surfaces not more than 150 mm thick, removing for laying of pipes/cables, making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded aggregate to match with the adjustant surface.
