    Tender For Renovation Of Heritage Building (Post Office) At Nrri, Cuttack-6. ; 1 Renovation of Heritage Building (Post office) at NRRI, Cuttack-6 2 Dismantling & removing APP on roof. 3 Dismantling& removing of old damaged cement plaster 4 4cm thick grading Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm & 6mm size Gr.C.B chips. 5 Providing and laying APP of approved make. (Atactic polypropylene polymer) on roof. 6 12mm thick Cement plaster in prop (1:4) over brick work. 7 20mm Ornamental Cement plastering in prop (1:4) with design. 8 Removing of doors and windows shutter & refixing after necessary repair with cost of new plank & necessary fittings. 9 Providing, fixing& fitting 5mm thick plain glass. 10 Scrapping and cleaning the Lime stone from wall. 11 Scrapping and cleaning the Enamel paint from doors & windows. 12 Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty 13 Supply and Painting One Coat of Water Bound Wall Primer after scraping and cleaning the surface. 14 Supply and painting Premier Plastic Emulsion paints 2 coats after scraping and cleaning the surface. 15 Supply and painting two coats of Weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer after scraping and cleaning the surface. 16 Supply and painting Synthetic Enamel paint two coats over a coat of red-oxide primer on door window &grill after scraping and cleaning the surface. 17 Supply and fixing 110mm PVC pipe of 4kg/cm2 for rainwater disposalwith all req fixtures 18 Supply and fixing 110mm PVC Bend with all required fittings
