No. P-04 (Or Living) Of E Arty Regt At Bikaner Mil Stn; 1 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.Note : Contractor shall make arrangement to protect tiles, plumbing items, sanitary fittings, etc under the slab, etc by gunny bags with sand or any other suitable arrangement and quoted rates shall deemed to include this aspect. 2 Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed. 3 Demolition of lime concrete of any description and in any position (not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed. 4 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & as directed. 8 Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule. 9 Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description not exc 1.0 sqm each, complete all as specified (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. 173 M&L for sub main wiring with Four runs of 10 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & two run of 10 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI markedcables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 32mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified.Notes :-(i) 04 runs of 10 sqmm size main cable, 02 run of 10 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. 174 Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened,bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/along poles etc including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
