Tender For Mcw For The Fy 2024-25: Re-Flooring And Uplifting Work To Mg Iii Godown Of Fsd Kollam; 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 4 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturers specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 5 Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 50 mm wide and 5 mm thick .(Observed data similar to item no 11.13 of DSR 2023) 6 Providing and fixing angle iron fenders of size 100x100x6 mm to the godown verandah nosing, straightening the angle iron to suite the existing nosing tip impression, providing 30 cm long,16 mm dia bolts by drilling the verandah concrete to a depth of 10 cm and welding ms pieces with existing reinforcement, concreting the dips,compacting,fixing and finishing bolts,nuts,fenders,applying priming coat etc including cost of materials and labour complete as directed by the engineer- in- charge. 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 8 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below. 9 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelingand dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium(minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 10 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron 11 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)) 12 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC content.Water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre. 13 Finishing with Epoxy paint(two or more coats) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturers specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete.on concrete work 14 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 15 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 16 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttressess, plinth and string courses 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 18 Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 19 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Cold twisted bars. 20 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 21 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 22 Engaging JCB and labour charges to collect the scattered building waste ,cleaning and levelling mechanically after disposal, making the slope in the surface in the complex as per directions of engineer in charge excluding the rate for disposal. 23 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 24 Deduct cost of salvagable materials received from the work of dismantling work on as is where is condition includingremoving from the site - wooden ventillator 25 Deduct cost of salvagable materials received from the work of dismantling work on as is where is condition includingremoving from the site - steel 26 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 27 Dismantling rolling shutters including M.Stop cover, wire spring etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead 28 Supplying and fixing rolling shutter M.S laths, interlocking together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipeshaft with brackets,side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including gthe cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS:4454-part 1 and M.S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.
