All Job-related Manpower supply by vendor. 2. All job-related resources provided by vendor 3. Disposal of debris after work will be vendor scope at location informed by the AM/NS 4. All job-related Necessary material will be supplied by Vendor. 5. Contractor shall give 3 years of guaranty for any type of Wooden Flooring, ceiling, Paint, door, LED lights, furniture and all mics. Item. 6. Materials should be got approved from AM/NS before using at site, Contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for testing of materials at his own cost, if required. 7. One experienced supervisor who knows the job must be deputed for supervision on the repair works. 8. In case of non-compliance suitable deductions will be made from the bill. 9. Vendor will follow all process of safety & Security, while making gate pass and during the work execution. 10. Type of plywood Recommended: Green ply, CENTURY, Plywood shall only be used. 11. Rate will be on job basis subject to quality of work being certified by the committee formed to inspect the work 12. Quality of work will be certified by area in charge with sectional in charge by physical verification 13. The contractor shall pay penalty of 1% per week / subject to a maximum of 10% at value of work order in case of delays beyond the accepted completion period for reasons solely attributed to him. 14. Incase if anything happens during warranty period after completion of work, vendor will arrange the repairs with no additional cost to AMNS. 15. Site progress photographs. Measurements will be certified within 7 days. Consultants will certify R.A. Bills within 10 days of submission of correct bills. Contractor will claim extra items vide separate bills only after rate approval of such items. 16. All materials are subject to inspection and approval of AM/NS.
