The height of the roof may upto 9 m comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed:- (i)The surface of roof, parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting.(ii)Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kg per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated.(iii)Applyingone coat of hot blownbitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm.(iv)Laying of water proofingAPP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/ sqm composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet (HMHDPE) as center core, which is sandwitched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening, high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc.(v)Applyingone coat of hot blownbitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane.(vi)Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 122 E/M WORKS 123 Taking down carefully copper/ alluminium point wiring (light, fan, sockets or power) complete including all fitings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendens, rgulators, light fittings etc, removing matrials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 124 Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium sub-main wiring any type and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. 125 Taking down existing ceiling fans and exhaust fan any size and re-fixing the same after B/R work including repair of defective parts, painting of the complete fan with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter and providing three core flexible copper cable for connection from ceiling rose/ connector complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 126 Taking down existing Gysers 25 ltr and re-fixing the same after B/R work including Overhauling and replacing of defective/rusted parts and taking out U/S parts by unscrewing bolts and nuts and change of u/s three pin top, heating element, thermostat, bottom plate and heavy duty PVC connection hot/cold, etc. Checking defects and re-assembling the Geyser after refixing serviceable/ new parts & cleaning, descaling, complete painting of the geyser with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust, re-installed the geyser in suitable place/ position and connecting inlet-outlet connections & testing complete, and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 127 Taking down existing single phase electric energy meter of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and refixing the same carefully on the rectangular wooden board of suitable size after compltion of B&R Work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rates of suitable size of wooden board shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 128 Taking down carefully MCB DBs/ sheet metal earth plug socket any size and any type including MCBs any type and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. 129 Taking down carefully light fitting any type or taken in schedule of credit as directed at site 130 Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area), single core, PVC insulated with multistranded PVC unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable in and including rigid non- metallic PVC concealed conduit of suitable size medium grade ISI marked complete, including one continuity earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLSH copper conductor connected to all fittings, common earth and connected to earth dolly including modular metal flush box, cover plate and cover frame of suitable size all fittings and accessories and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following:- 131 (a)One light/ fan/ bell controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amps 132 (b)One 3 pin, 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on independent boardcontrolled by one, one way 5/6 Amps switch 133 (c)One 3 pin, 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on SAME BOARD controlled by one, one way 5/6 Amps switch 134 Point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area), single core, PVC insulated with multistranded PVC unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable in and including rigid non- metallic PVC concealed conduit of suitable size medium grade ISI marked complete including one continuity earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLSH copper conductor connected to all fittings,common earth and connected to earth dolly for one three pin 15/16 Amps socket out-let point on an independent board including modular metal flush box, cover plate and cover frame of suitable size incl taking down carefully copper/ alluminium power point wiringswitches, sockets, and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc. complete all as specified and directed 135 S&F of Ceiling rose three terminals surface bakelite type, AC, 50 HZ, 230V 136 S&F modular switch 1 way 6 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and directed. 137 S & F modular socket 6 Amps 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed. 138 S & F switch modular type 16 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and directed. 139 S & F socket modular type multipurposes 6/16 Amps, 2 module complete all as specified and directed. 140 S & F bell push flush type 5 Amps as directed by Engr- in -Charge. 141 S&F lamp holder insulated body with back plate for batten fittingscomplete all as directed. 142 S&F Buzzer Ding Dong AC 230 Volts Single pole. 143 Supply and fixing Inverter LED batten 20 watt with squre profile and polycarbonate channel. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value not less than 8.46 BEE with down road 15mm/12mm upto two mtr. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) incl taking down of old ceiling fan in safe custody and deposit to E/M Store all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 160 Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. necessary electrical connection incl taking down and safe deposit of old unserviceable Geyser to E/M Store complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 161 M&L for earthing galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 sqmm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified. 162 Supply, laying and testing and commisioning cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in pipes, trenches/ ducts, on poles complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing old unserviceble LT UG/ service/ unseviceble cable of any descrition and size 163 Supply laying and jointing GI pipe light grade 50mm bore in trenches/ under floors or roads/ along poles/ on wall incl clamps for protection of cables incl fittings and making good of disturbed road to match with existing road complete all as specified and directed. 164 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5mwide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard/ dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 165 Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 166 Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed. 167 M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured) 168 M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified and as directed.
