Tender For Construction Of Anganwadi Building At Karumarampalayam In Ward No.34.; 1 Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete. 2 Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 3 Random rubble masonry in CM 1:5 [one cement and five M-sand] for foundation and basement using best old rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification. 4 Filling in foundation and basement with excavated earth (or) soil in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 5 Supplying and filling Well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 6 Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 7 Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9x4½x3 having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 8 Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification. 9 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. 10 Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification. 11 Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification. 12 Supply and fixing in position of 50mm thick RCC Jolly made in RCC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including cost of moulding and excluding cost of steel reinforcement etc., complete as per standard specification. 13 Supplying and fixing in position Colour glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of size 580mm x 440mm of approved quality with P (or) S trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix [one lime, two M-sand and five brick jelly] 100m thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to the cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismantling the brick masonry, reinforced concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification. 14 Supply and fixing 50mm thick Cuddapah Slab including cost, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 15 Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 16 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of thework and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification. 17 Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification. 18 Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification. 19 Paving the floor with 8mm thick Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of all colours in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 20 Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification. 21 Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications. 22 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement four P-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of thework and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification. 23 Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification. 24 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm .PVC insulated unsheathed FRL SSC copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5AFT switch inflush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point. (for electronic regulator) 25 Wiring with 2 x 1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated SCunsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A3 pin non interlocking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC plug point. 26 Supply and fixing of 16A DP switch of 500V with matal clad with fuse and neutral (side handle) on suitable TW board with earth connection only. 27 Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains. 28 Supply and run of 2 x 1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class B) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains. 29 Supply and fixing of 15 A aerial fuse unit (500A) on suitable 100 x 100mm TW concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps. 30 Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48) AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp. 31 Supply and fixing of single box type 440W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube. 32 Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable with 7W / 9W LED bulb.
