Tender For Painting to the outside wall and corridor of Circuit House along with repairing of guard shed and toilet and construction of tin shed for kitchen inside the premises of Circuit House Jalpaiguri under Jalpaiguri Sub Division during the year 2024-25.- 1 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. 2 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or rougening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (ground floor(i) With 4:1 cement mortar(b) 15 mm. thick plaster(Internal) 3 Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand.(1.5 mm thick) 4 Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brandon plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receiveDistemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparingthe surface throughly, complete as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) one coat, water based interior grade Acrylic Primer 5 Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on wallsand ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) :(Two coats)ii)Luxury quality 6 Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturers specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface.Two Coats 7 Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of wallsnecessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against thisitem will be made only when this has been done on the specific directionof the Engineer-in-charge) 8 Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of the EIC.In Ground Floor: (a) One Coat 9 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approvedquality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction ofEngineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer.b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion 10 Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (c) Sal : Local 11 Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all toolsand plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidentalchages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structuralmemebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members.
